Project study with SEMSO

The project study starts by taking your call, email request via the form opposite and receipt of your specifications.

We establish a dialogue with our customer around his request or rather his expectations.

Project framed, need identified, process mastered
Project not defined or process not mastered?
Monitoring your project with SEMSO
Provisions and workshop assembly
Qualification and verification

A project?
machine manufacturing project

Based on our experience and our understanding of your expectations, we have 2 approaches:

Project framed, need identified, process mastered

In this case we draw up a technical and financial offer. We establish your input points, with opposite our proposed solutions and output data (cadence, established process with tolerances...) this in order to commit to measurable and precise acceptance criteria.

If required, we will visit your site to take account of the environment and input data.

Our technical and financial offer will start after this visit to your site, to take into account all the data required to carry out the project: footprint, temperature, hygrometry, doorways, networks, floor (resistance for attaching robots...) everything is analyzed and measured so that nothing is forgotten in the conduct of your project.

Project not defined or process not mastered?

You have an idea for a project and your process is not mastered?

We propose a pre-feasibility study committing us to trials, simulations, implementations, a prototype if necessary and a costed offer with commitment

If not, we propose a budget to measure the automation or robotization efficiency of your request.

Finally, at the request of manufacturers, we produce prototypes to validate automation and robotization processes on their products.

The follow-up of your project with SEMSO

As soon as we receive your order we carry out a design review with the person in charge of your business who has been handling your request since the first visit.

Internally we launch a project review to allocate the necessary and competent resources to handle your project.

In addition to the project manager, we assign an automation and robotics technical manager as well as a mechanical technical manager, they will also be supported by technicians and engineers to carry out the remainder of the studies.

The resources allocated to each project vary according to the number of stations an automated or robotized line requires.

Progress reports and traceability of exchanges

We hold meetings with your teams as soon as we have traced a minimum number of sub-assembly views in order to present you with 3D views, or a Virtual Reality Visio. We immerse you in your machine or production line and you can thus move around, or inside each of the sub-assemblies to check and project yourself into your future acquisition.

This also allows ergonomists, qualiticians and production managers to take the measure and the environment of the robotized production machine or packaging line with all the maintenance accesses, operator stations at scale 1.

You validate the design review, which enables us to supply both off-the-shelf and subcontracted parts.

Provisions and workshop assembly

As soon as material supplies are received, the frames are made on site in our stainless steel boiler workshop.
The mechanical assemblies are fitted and adjusted according to the assembly ranges and worked out by our mechanical design office.

Cable workers assemble electrical components in boxes and cabinets for subsequent arrangement on the machines.

As soon as the assemblies are complete and the settings fine-tuned, the automation and robotics engineers inject their programs to begin functional movements.

Our assembly teams, skilled in welding, fitting, wiring and pneumatics, fine-tune the settings in collaboration with the programmers.

Qualification and verification

On power-up, we validate safety tests by stress testing the entire machine.
We also carry out a workshop pre-acceptance that helps validate the data in our offer and the customer's specifications.

We can now receive our customers for workshop testing (FAT). Wherever possible, we validate the machine with actual products delivered by you.

We'll be happy to help you.

Disassembly, reassembly and commissioning of production equipment

As soon as validation is complete, we dismantle your equipment: unwiring, disassembling and packing the production machine.

We proceed with delivery to your site and unloading (according to our agreements and your CDC).

We reassemble and rewire the machine, powering it up, setting up the robot plans, and checking its trajectories.

The first tests are carried out with material once all movement and safety tests have been validated, and we can proceed with production testing (SAT). Thevalidation of the production line or robotic island is carried out according to actual production conditions.

Together, we measure and validate the expected production rates and quality criteria. The production machine's reception is then effective.

The production machine's reception is then effective.
