Key stages in industrial machine design

You want to carry out a project with SEMSO?

Our engineers first produce a quotation to meet your specifications. As soon as this is validated, a project meeting is scheduled to agree on deadlines and design stages.

A functional analysis is conducted by our teams to establish the technical solutions selected to meet the requirements and output data of this design.

The mechanical design office in conjunction with the robotics and automation design office define the technological building blocks to be used and start their integration.

Once the sketch has been designed, a safety analysis around the elements and actuators implemented is carried out to define the safety levels required by current standards.

Now the electrical engineer can produce his electrical diagrams, while the automation engineer prepares his operating graphs for each equipment subassembly.

The mechanical bill of materials is produced after your design validation, either remotely or with our integrated virtual reality system which immerses you in the heart of the project.

The robotic engineer and the automation engineer complete their respective cycle programs and simulate the first movements on the robot manufacturers' software.

This will leave no room for doubt or improvisation in the expected results.

The production manager will now retrieve all the BOMs in order to supply the off-the-shelf parts and subcontracted elements.

Assembly can now begin in the workshop.
