Description of robotized loading and unloading machines

Unloading phase

Your products are on ladder, rack, swing, cart? Our cells are pre-programmed via HMI and PLC to perform the necessary trajectories for transferring products to an industrial process or to a packaging process.

Your products arrive on in-line conveyors or in bulk? The first job will be to package the products so that they can be detected and picked repeatedly at high speed by single or multiple picks with or without camera control.

Loading phase

Once the process has been established (labeling, marking, packaging...), our reloading cells work in the opposite way to unloading cells and can feed ladders, racks, swings, carts, conveyors or packaging machines.

We have a cell dedicated to low speeds with collaborative robots chosen according to the masses on board. Different types of programming exist, either by learning with an operator who learns the points and trajectories to be performed by the robot, or by conventional programming to call on different palletizing plans or trajectory stored in recipes.

This last cell does not have any wire-mesh or characterized protections, but has radars that slow down or even stop the robotic processes in progress depending on the hazards identified.

Also, this robotic cell is flexible for use in different conditions.
