The machine consists of a 316L stainless steel tank regulated in temperature by a fluid circulating around the tank in a double-skin envelope and continuing its path around the piping to the periphery of the gun.
Our system also features temperature control with this same fluid around the pump body preventing any temperature drop and freezing of the product inside the pump.
The tank is equipped with an automatic emptying system and a tank bottom mixer to homogenize the product drawn in by the pump.
The mixing speed can be adjusted from the HMI, as can spray pressures.
A circulating water tank is heated via a resistor and controlled via temperature probes.
All this is also managed by HMI setpoints and a dedicated PLC to drive the machine.
Level sensors are also integrated in the tank and in the double wall to prevent operation without spraying product or heating up without fluid.
Spray fluid preheating can also be programmed with a timer that can be set from the HMI, so that the fluid is at temperature when you want to use it. This avoids wasted preheating time during working hours.
Stopping between 2 sprays means no need to clean and warm up the head.
