The arduous nature of unloading and loading tasks is a headache for food processing companies. SEMSO has developed cells for unloading from a stack of trays stacked individually or by handles. Our robotic loader unloader is equipped with a 6-axis polyarticulated robot, standard or Food version.
The gripper attached to the robot wrist is specifically designed and adapted for your application and products. In fact, SEMSO adapts grippers for both cheese ripening racks and charcuterie drying racks, not to mention autoclave racks and plastic crates.
An operator takes charge of introducing a stack of trays into the secure area, and after validation on his part, the robot equipped with its gripper adapted for your products performs the task at hand; unstacking the trays one by one, two by two... by handle.
In automatic mode on production lines, the management of one or more stacks is automated, as are the variable heights of rack stacks. The flexibility and programming finesse of SEMSO's roboticists guarantee control and respect for your products during the unstacking and stacking phases. SEMSO designs and manufactures industrial loading and unloading solutions designed to automatically put the product on grids or trays and their extraction on production, fermentation, freezing or buffer storage lines. Loading consists in automatically putting finished or semi-finished products on stacked racks or supports, guaranteeing their integrity, alignment and stability. Unloading , on the other hand, enables these products to be taken up again on several levels, often after a rest, cooling or processing time, to re-feed the downstream line.
SEMSO systems comprise motorized elevators or lowerators, synchronized conveyors, product presence detection systems and guided positioning modules (pushers, grippers, tippers, robotic arms).
