Box and bag stacker-unstacker
From a dedicated, materialized area on the floor, our robot-mounted case, box or bag gripper unstacks products onto pallets and transits them onto a conveyor or dedicated area. On the way, we can empty this case when it comes to products such as vegetables (tomatoes, carrots...) onto sorting or mixing tables for packaging.
Our stackers work in the opposite way, from a materialized area for the arrival of cases, crates or bags. Awith a suitable gripper and camera recognition, our stackers pick up the product and stack it according to a palletization plan on pallets or in a box.
Blister/pot unstacker
After arranging a column of blister packs or jars in a stocker, our unstacking system comes to separate the stacked products one by one and arranges them on a conveyor or transfer system.
SEMSO has designed reliable unstackers for blisters or trays, requiring little or no maintenance.
For robotized case destacking systems, we can simultaneously empty the cases onto conveyors or sorting tables.
For case or crate restacking, SEMSO integrates a robot dedicated to operator relief.
