Product counting
The Industrial vision camera checks for the presence or absence of product on a process during or before production. Products glued or bonded with material can be counted or not, according to established technical standards. Vision detection is based on gray level (color sensor) or shape recognition.
Quality control
Cameras and 3D sensors detect traces of grippers handling products, deformations, surplus or lack of material. Studies will be carried out to define the camera's search limits with the customer.
In the event of a non-conforming product, an operating procedure can be set up based on the camera's information, it is possible to give a precise position to a robot which will take care of removing or modifying the product's position on the line.
Marking control
Industrial marking control: inspection systems can be used to control the quality of inkjet, laser and engraving marking. Vision checks label position, number of characters and inscribed text.
Laser control
Laser control can be an alternative to a camera if the need is to know the size, diameter or height of a part. This type of control can be applied to in-process or end-of-production components.
Ultrasonic inspection
