The industrial cartoner can be parameterized according to the dimensions and structure required. All you have to do is load the products, wrap the packaging materials and activate the sealing system. What's more, this machine requires no knowledge of robotics.
There are two cartoners, depending on the position in which the carton is fed into the machine: horizontal or vertical.
A horizontal cartoner or cartoning machine is used to insert a product on the side of the package. These machines operate continuously or intermittently. It is possible to automate the process of side-loading product into boxes and closures. These machines are mainly used for packaging food products such as pizzas, cakes, cereals, rice, etc...
With regard to the industrial cartoner or vertical cartoning machine, filling takes place from the top. The product can be inserted manually or automatically. Vertical cartoners are commonly used to package products sold by weight or volume: pasta, rice, etc... An industrial vertical cartoner can have an output ranging from 25 to over 300 cartons per day, depending on the packaging model.
