Our cheese brushing machines are composed of conveyors on which the cheeses are deposited, which pass through a series of lateral and vertical brushes in order to be brushed on the periphery of each face.
For certain types of cheese, drip systems are arranged at the top of each brush to moisten the cheese, for example for soft cheeses.
The conveyors are of the removable belt or belt drive type. They are driven by brushless motors to control product speed.
The brushes are driven by geared motors also controlled by variable speed drives.
The HMI manages the speeds and parameters concerning your different brushing recipes through the different recipes. You can easily add new brushing recipes according to your needs.
For sausage brushing, 2 side brushes brush the complete sausage bars through a mechanical up-and-down action, also with adjustable rotation speeds.
Dust projections are collected via 1-micron filtered air suction units.
Loading and unloading of sausage bars is robotized with the cells we offer in our catalog (product-loading-unloading).
The robots are adapted and chosen according to your cheese racks or cases, and your sausage racks.
